Fear can be from something we can explain, or just as possible, fear can be of the unknown. Panic and worries about failure can inhibit an ability to just get on with it. By overcoming fears, one can give trust and attention to the good in life and take on positive challenges and make sensible problem-solving decisions that are based on calm sensible reasons.
